Privacy: This form sends your details directly to our sales inbox and is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a tailored proposal, and manage follow-up communication related to your request. We do not sell, share, or disclose enquiry information to third parties, except where required by law or to provide requested services.
Scope & responsibility: Author Imprint operates as an independent imprint registry and record-keeping service. We do not issue, assign, validate, or verify ISBNs, and we do not act as an ISBN agency or publisher of record. Any ISBN, title, author, or imprint information discussed or supplied during onboarding is provided by the client/registrant and recorded as submitted.
Professional use: Registry-ID records are designed to support attribution clarity, public reference, and administrative consistency. They do not constitute legal advice, ownership determinations, or regulatory certification. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted information and for seeking independent legal advice where required.

What we need from you

For larger rollouts, accuracy matters. The more specific you are, the faster we can scope your onboarding and issue Registry-IDs correctly.

Tip: If you have a spreadsheet of ISBN-13s and formats (as supplied by your organisation), mention it in the notes. If you do not have one yet, tell us what stage you’re at and we’ll advise the simplest way to structure it.

Optional: Data entry forms can be provided during onboarding for bulk data intake into the Author Imprint ID-Registry.

To avoid delays, include:
  • ISBN-13 + format for each title (paperback/hardcover/etc.)

  • Publisher imprint name (and any sub-imprints, if applicable)
  • Cover reference (optional): filename or URL you want associated with the record
  • Status preference: annual renewable, lifetime non-renewing, or mixed
  • Rollout plan: single release date, batches, or ongoing issuance

Note: ISBN details are provided by the client/registrant. Author Imprint does not issue or validate ISBNs.
